"Signing up was very smooth experience. I thought Heather was helpful, however after signing up I got a notification that the rate I agreed to was contingent on attaching a device to my car and having their app. I dislike that they did not inform me of that before I signed up, so I immediately cancelled. I fear what else may not have been disclosed."
